BOOK IN ADVANCE 

This dining experience take place in the living room (10-24 people). Both the living room and kitchen are included in the program, in addition to entertainment. This experience normally lasts for 4 hours:  6 PM till 10 PM.

18.00  Welcome with a song and a drink
19.00  Starter from the sea (with a song from the sea)
Food from the mountain (with a song from the mountain)
Bacalao (with a bacalao song) Food from the mountain (with a song from the mountain)
3 local cheeses (brie, blue and matured), local aquavit jelly and figs

Royal dessert (with a royal song)

22.00 The End

This is a music experience with dinner. There are 5 different themes to choose from, all with 1 hour concert at 8-9 PM (Food is served 6-8 PM):

Bruce Springsteen Bjørn sings and tells about his “Godfather” Bruce, whom he has “known” for almost 40 years.
Elvis Presley Bjørn sings and tells about his first idol, and about his father who looked just like Elvis.
Johnny Cash Bjørn sings and tells about Johnny Cash and his uncle Asbjørn who was a bit Cash.
Tom Waits Bjørn interprets songs from Tom Waits’ fantastic repertoire and history.
The Best of Bjørn The best food, with the best stories and the best music.

DAY 1 “From sea to mountains in 60 minutes!”

Outdoor experience from the beach in Ilsvika up to Våttåkammen (Bonfire Mountain) with a nice view of Trondheim city. We pick up ingredients from the sea and the mountains and Bjørn offers lunch with stories and music, and a view of Trondheimsleia and his coastal paradise! We follow the riverbed down with beautiful nature and waterfalls. The trip ends with a nice surprise! In total, the trip takes 4 hours and takes place in the morning from 10 AM till 2 PM.

DAY 2 “5-course dinner with entertainment”

This dining experience can be done in the kitchen with groups of 8-12 people, or in the living room if more than 12 people. This experience normally lasts for 4 hours:  6 PM till 10 PM 

DAY 1 “Birkebeinerkongen”

(Bjørn’s favorite Viking King of Norway)

Outdoor experience: Nice hike from Ilevollen up Steinberget to Sverresborg. Break at the idyllic lake Theisendammen where Bjørn offers a delicious lunch with stories and music. We follow the riverbed down with beautiful nature and small waterfalls. The tour ends at the statue of the king Sverre with royal song and royal cheese! In total, the trip takes 4 hours and takes place in the morning at 10 AM till 2 PM.

DAY 2 “King’s dinner with entertainment”

This dining experience can be done in the kitchen with groups of 8-12 people, or in the living room if more than 12 people. This experience normally lasts for 4 hours:  6 PM till 10 PM, with the possibility of one extra hour. (See the program in the description above)
